This is all happening due to passivity of the system. There is no will. Otherwise not a single girl or boy would have the courage to walk half naked in public. Time for Bharat to declare a war against obscenity & s€xually perverted content to save the nation from a cultural disaster. The first step should be strengthening the Indecent Representation (Prohibition) of Women Act with jail of 10 years, no bail for 3 years & even attachment of property & trial in 4 months.
