How our use is scoped
Film clips are embedded from their original platforms and are not hosted by us. Editorial text, annotations and video commentary are our own and are published for the purpose of criticism, review, reporting and educational commentary — protected in India under Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957, and by the equivalent fair-dealing / fair-use exceptions elsewhere.
Before you submit
Please include enough detail for us to locate the specific page or work in question. A complete report typically includes:
- The exact URL(s) on gemsofbollywood.com where the disputed material appears.
- A description of the original work you own or represent, and your role.
- A statement of the alleged infringement and, if you can, why you believe the use falls outside fair dealing / fair use.
- Your contact details, so we can respond.
Submit a takedown request
Your report will be sent to the editorial team by email and stored in our review queue. We aim to acknowledge submissions within a reasonable time and to act on legitimate requests promptly.
