1. Use of the site

Gems of Bollywood is provided for information, commentary and criticism. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: misuse the service, disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape or bulk-download content, or reproduce editorial material outside the scope of fair dealing / fair use without prior written permission.

2. Content and intellectual property

Editorial text, headlines, annotations, video commentary and site design are the property of Gems of Bollywood and are protected by copyright. Film clips, images, posters, trademarks and other third-party material belong to their respective owners and are referenced under fair-dealing / fair-use exceptions for commentary, criticism, reporting and review (in India, Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957). Rights holders can submit concerns via the copyright & takedown page.

3. Accounts

You may browse most of the site as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. User submissions

When you submit a message, contact form or takedown request, you confirm that the information provided is truthful and that you are entitled to send it. Submissions are stored for administrative review and, where appropriate, forwarded to the editorial team by email. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

5. Payments and donations

Any payment or donation you make via the Support Us page is processed by our payment partner and disbursed to Agni Samaj, a registered non-profit. Course access, where offered as part of a contribution, is provisioned via our sister platform lms.thevedicleader.com against the email you provide.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. See the disclaimer for editorial scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gems of Bollywood and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
