False Statement by IO Before Court Regarding Availability of Offensive Tweets

This is a glaring instance of the IO misleading the Hon’ble Court. He submitted that the offensive posts are no longer available. However, upon verifying in the evening, I found that all six objectionable tweets by @RanaAyyub are still publicly accessible.

The IO has clearly made a false statement before the Court, and we intend to file an appropriate application in this regard. Meanwhile, the Ld. Court has already directed the IO to file a fresh Action Taken Report by the next date of hearing, i.e., 30.07.2025.
