Today, alongside @SanjeevSanskrit of @GemsOfBollywood and advocate @vineetJindal19, I addressed the press in Delhi, announcing court cases filed against @NetflixIndia, @XCorpIndia, and Jeetendra, Shobha, and Ekta Kapoor of @altt_in for displaying shockingly explicit content, in blatant violation of four major Indian laws, including the POCSO Act.
We were forced to take judicial action after @DelhiPolice refused to file an FIR, despite irrefutable evidence presented in my complaint. The contrast is striking—@MumbaiPolice has already acted by filing an FIR against Ekta and Shobha Kapoor on similar grounds.
@scsb_f and @GemsOfBollywood are calling on the Central Government to enact a complete ban on pornographic content to save Bharat from a looming cultural crisis. Our question is clear: Will Bharat be culturally bankrupt by 2047, even as it aspires to superpower status?
We demand the establishment of a National Content Control Authority to eliminate perverse material from all platforms and the enactment of a Law of Ethics Code to regulate theme, language, and scenes in audiovisual content. We propose penalties of 10-20 years’ imprisonment for violators, without bail for the first 3 years, labeling these offenses as anti-national and socially destructive.
The stakes are high, and the actions of @DelhiPolice—serving the nation’s capital—are under serious scrutiny. Their refusal contrasts sharply with the decisive action taken by @MumbaiPolice, who filed an FIR against ALTT’s promoters based on the same evidence.
The Yajna to preserve Bharat’s cultural integrity has begun.🔥
