Undue favors for the Muslim Community from Bombay HC!
On Friday, Justice Revati Mohite Dere, who heads the Criminal Bench, permitted Muslims to approach the Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation to slaughter 200 buffaloes and directed the Corporation to decide on the permission by Sunday at 12 noon.
Such directions to a Municipal Corporation should be given only by a Civil Bench, which was available to the petitioners. What was the need for the Criminal Bench to grant such a direction without authority?
We demand answers from @dgpmaharashtra and Mira B Municipal corporation on why their legal representatives did not object to this interference in civil matters by Criminal Courts @AmitShah @CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis @LawBeatInd @barandbench @GemsOfBollywood
