RG Kar murder and at least one case of girl child raped and killed by elder brother or seniors is coming every week. And in each case, they were influenced by perverted content they saw on mobile.

I hope @AshwiniVaishnaw listens. But honestly, I feel government is currently behaving like Muhammad Shah Rangila on this matter.
