Naman once again to @NCPCR_ for being a true hero.

Since making children watch perverted content directly or indirectly is a crime, it wants OTTs to put this disclaimer that adults will be held criminally liable if children watch objectionable content from their account or device.

OTTs always pass the blame to parents. Then why not add this disclaimer?
