The time has come for Central Govt to enact a law to curb/ban p0rn which is daily leading to r@pes & threatens to derail Bharat’s dream of becoming a great nation. In the latest a 14 yr boy r@ped a 5 yr girl & a 58 yr man r@ped a 9 yr girl in MP’s Shahdol. In the both the cases the r@pists are neighbours.

Our @scsb_f has proved through extensive research & examples that p0rn coming on OTT & social media platforms is the primary cause of increasing r@pes in in the country. In majority cases p0rn films are found in the phones of the accused by police.

My recent petition before the Supreme Court of India filed with @SanjeevSanskrit & @swati_gs & being pleaded by eminent lawyer @Vishnu_Jain1 has a plethora of evidence as to how P0rnography is easily available to even children on phones via OTT & social media platforms & how this is leading to r@pes including by minors on minors.

Significantly, SC issued notices to Central Govt & its bodies & OTT platforms in the case after the Solicitor General of India Shri Tushar Mehta agreed with the Hon CJI BR Gavai & said that stronger steps are needed by the Govt to stop s€xually perverted content on OTT & social media platforms. Shri Mehta also requested the Court to monitor the case which is most significant.

This is probably for the first that the SC has issued notice on a petition against P0rnography as many such petitions were not entertained by the Court earlier. This is in a way historic & could be due to the solid evidence presented in the petition by us in the form of r@pe cases being provoked by perverted content & the strong arguments by advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain.

Last year i had filed a complaint with Delhi police against @altt_in , @NetflixIndia & @XCorpIndia for violating various laws of the land including the POCSO Act. The complaint has photographic evidence as to how the 3 platforms are brazenly serving P0rnography . But unfortunately Delhi police, perhaps under the pressure of the powerful platforms , refused to file FIR.

I now appeal to the @DelhiPolice & particularly @CPDelhi to file an FIR against the three platforms based on my complaint after the Supreme Court has taken cognisance of the seriousness of the situation caused by unrestricted perverted content coming on phones which is destroying nation’s culture & character.

Importantly, this Asura doesn’t know caste or religion when it enters your home. Therefore, it will spare none.

In past 6 months in India there are 10 reported cases of brother r@ping sister, 4 cases of father r@ping daughter & 1 case of son r@ping mother – all after seeing p0rn . This shows the horrendous situation.
