Q. Will I get tax exemptions or an 80G certificate?
No. Agni Samaj is a registered business entity, not an NGO. Voluntary subscriptions are treated as business revenue and subject to GST/taxes as per Indian law. No 80G certificates can be issued.
Q. Will I get invoices?
Yes. GST invoices are issued for all payments received. Please email your payment details and receipt to
gob@agnisamaj.com so we can issue your invoice.
Q. What is your refunds policy?
All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Since contributions are made post-consumption of content, no refunds apply.
Q. Would you return my payment if I no longer like or support your content?
No. Voluntary subscriptions are for content already created and published. Please contribute only if you are fully satisfied with the value of our work.
Q. Do you offer recurring subscriptions?
Not yet. We plan to introduce recurring voluntary subscription plans in the future.
